Behaviour, Not Personality
The nine roles map onto the Five-Factor Model, the most validated framework in personality research, with items written as observable behaviours in the spirit of measures like the TREO scale. It's a structured reflection aid, not a certified psychometric: profiles are conversation-starters, and the strongest conversations happen around the gaps.
No role is better than another. Each has a real strength and a real cost.
